Our owner, Josh Johns, is your everyday blue collar guy - who just so happened to work in a white collar world for entirely too long.  He has always had a strong work ethic, but he finally got tired of wearing a suit and tie everyday.  Through 15 years of experience helping with his father's window cleaning business (in-between meetings with CEO's of fortune 500 companies), he finally found an opportunity to help homeowners/business owners and return to his roots.  Josh has mastered a process to clean dirt and mold from exterior surfaces of homes and businesses, without using damaging pressure!!  His attention to detail (maybe slight OCD) is unrivaled, and to this date, has never left a customer who was unhappy!!

Here at Maximum, we employ a mindset that Josh's mother has instilled in him from a very young age - Treat everyone the same way you want to be treated.  That means we don't care if you are 8 or 80 years old, a janitor or a CEO, live in a $5,000 home or a $5,000,000 home....  You will get the same exact service as every other customer.  You will hear "yes ma'am" / "no sir" and be treated with the utmost respect.  Making our customers happy is what gives us joy in life.
